Pre-Finish Department

 

Principle Accountabilities:

Pre-Finish department is used to remove cores, sand, any flash or edging from each counter-weight that comes from the Mold department.  By operating hand held equipment to shape, grind, putty and chipping hammers to remove any all material from the counter-weight, ability to operate overhead crane to move parts around.
