Finish Department
Principle Accountabilities:
Finish department is to ensure a smooth finish and to reduce any imperfections on the counter-weights surface. Each operator sets up and operates hand held equipment for grinding, spraying, putty is used to fill in imperfections of the mold, files and polishes parts to obtain smooth finish, ability to operate overhead crane for load and unload area. |
